Building Blocks OT is a pediatric therapy company providing sensory-based occupational therapy services to children of all ages and their families.

Molly Malcolm, OTR/L started Building Blocks Occupational Therapy, Inc. with the goal to support children and their families by providing the building blocks to development and independence through a child-led and sensory-based approach.

Molly has worked with children with a variety of diagnoses including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, selective mutism, down’s syndrome, sensory processing disorder, and motor coordination disorder.

Molly has pursued additional training in the following areas:

  • Ayres Sensory Integration

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • ADHD and Autism Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy

  • Interoception

  • Assistive Technology

Molly received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California. She also graduated from the University of San Francisco with a double major in Psychology and Communication Studies.
